A one piece fascia and soffit profile 5. The one piece profile is made from a since piece of plastic sheet, which is cut by the user to the desired size, and a groove (fig 5) is made on the back of the plastic sheet via a router bit that allows the sheet to bend to form the one piece fascia and soffit (fig 6). The user may router the plastic sheet vertically or horizontally or at any angle to allow the fascia and soffit to be folded at the correct position. The angle of the router bit may be altered to allow the plastic sheet to be folded at different angles. The sheet may be made from polyethylene honeycomb or web structured two-part sheet. The one piece fascia and soffit allows a user to customise the profile to suit the required roofline. |
