摘要 A construction waste crusher is provided to recycle raw ores for production of concrete by effectively separating recyclable ores such as the dust, sand, and gravels of the construction waste generated during a crushing process. In a construction waste crusher, a center roller(103) has center roller gear units(103a) installed at both ends of a center roller shaft(103c) and combined with auxiliary roller gear units(104a) and plural center crushing units(103b) transmitting rotating power generated by a speed reducer, to an auxiliary roller(104) and crushing the construction waste toward a gap between the center roller gear units. The auxiliary roller receives the rotating power of the center roller, rotates in the rotational and reverse directions of the center roller by the auxiliary roller gear units installed at an auxiliary roller shaft(104c), and revolves along the outer peripheral surface of the center roller and the inner peripheral surface of a drum screen(100). The auxiliary roller has auxiliary crushing units(104b) crushing the construction waste toward a gap between the auxiliary roller gear units. Blocking plates(105) are combined with both ends of the center and auxiliary roller shafts while including each shaft, in order to rotate corresponding to the revolving direction of the auxiliary roller. The blocking plates prevent the dust and sand of the construction waste generated by the rotation of the center and auxiliary rollers, from being scattered to the center and auxiliary roller gear units and a drum gear unit(100a). The drum screen is settled by a fixing unit to revolve the auxiliary roller inside by drum gear units(100a) formed at both ends and joined with the auxiliary roller gear units. The drum screen has an input hopper(102) receiving the construction waste, at least one fine material discharge groove(101) discharging the dust and sand of the construction waste, and a raw ore discharge groove discharging recyclable raw ores, which are formed on the outer surface.
