<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of articles, to increase a card storage capacity, to facilitate the wiring of a connection cable, and to expedite ticket scrapping operation. SOLUTION: The card-issuing device is provide with a card reader part 3, which records a card as specified and discharges a card 14 having become unwanted from a card slot 87 and a disused card reception part 4 which collects the unwanted card 14 form the card slot 87 of the card reader part 3, and the disused card reception part 4 is provided with a card stopper 88 that the unwanted card 14 discharged from the card slot 87 abuts against, a reject box 58 where the unwanted card 14 abutting against the card stopper 8 is fallen and stored, and a stopper moving mechanism 89 which moves the card stopper 8 between a use position S, where the unwanted card 14 abuts and a standby position T, where it retreats from a card conveyance path L1.</p> |
