<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently realizing a GFR service relating to a band sharing system in an ATM exchange. SOLUTION: In an ATM node 100 provided with one or plural group bands (g) for respectively setting plural connections (c) inside for reading one cell from a connection buffer 70 corresponding to the specified connection inside the group band specified as a read object for each prescribed cycle from the connection buffers 70 provided corresponding to the respective connections, a group band specifying means 101, a connection specifying means 102, a lowest cell rate counting means 103 and a first control means 121 are provided. Within the prescribed cycle, the respective connections already set inside the respective group bands are successively specified as the read object so as to respectively guarantee a lowest cell rate and then, the respective connections are equally specified as the read object until the prescribed cycle ends.</p> |
