PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring insertion jig capable of easily sending an O-ring to an inner prescribed position on a hole part of a check valve and reliably installing the O-ring onto a valve seat even in such a structure that a large-size pipe part larger than the outer diameter of a valve body is disposed on an inner part of the check valve.SOLUTION: An O-ring insertion jig 6 for replacing an O-ring 11 installed on a valve seat 15 of the interior of a hole part of a check valve 1 of such a structure that a large-size pipe part 16 larger than the outer diameter of a valve body (rough map) is disposed on a middle portion is constituted with a combination of a guide cylinder 61 which has the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the valve body and has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the O-ring 11 and an extrusion cylinder 62 having an outer diameter which can be fitted into a cylinder body of the guide cylinder. The guide cylinder 61 is inserted to the hole part of the check valve 1 to which the valve body is inserted while the O-ring 11 is inserted in such a state that the O-ring 11 is subjected to flexural deformation in the cylinder body. The extrusion cylinder 62 is fitted into the cylinder body of the guide cylinder 61 inserted to the hole part of the check valve 1 and is extruded and, thereby, the O-ring 11 is released from the guide cylinder 61 and is installed to the valve seat 15. |
