PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration detection apparatus configured to remove noise, such as fouling, from an image obtained by capturing a concrete structure, a deterioration detection method and a program thereof.SOLUTION: A deterioration detection apparatus 100 for automatically detecting a deteriorated part on a surface of a concrete structure, from an image of the concrete structure, by image processing includes: two edge extraction sections 22, 23 for extracting different deteriorated part candidate pixels by detecting edges in different directions, on the basis of the image of the concrete structure; a logical product calculation section 24 which generates a noise-removed image by calculating a logical product of the deteriorated part candidate pixels extracted by the edge extraction sections 22, 23; and a deterioration detection section 30 which detects a deteriorated part from the noise-removed image. |
