A field of application: agricultural machine building, in particular working elements of potato harvesters. A device for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots consists of an inclined feeding rod conveyer arranged on the main frame, a heap cleaner which is connected to the frame and of an unloading conveyer. The body of the cleaner is made as rigid semicylinder, the separating surface of which is formed by semicircular rods disposed with a necessary gap, between them working fingers are arranged. The rear lower part of the cleaner comprises a screw with a spiral winding of elastic polymer materials the direction of the winding of which is directed towards the unloading conveyer.
