A methane-tank contains cylindrical horizontal body and fittings for biogas withdrawal. The body is fixed in water pool with a possibility of rotation around its geometrical axis. At edges of methane-tank console tubes are disposed on the geometrical axis. These tubes are simultaneously mouths for loading and unloading organic mass. The methane-tank body itself is divided by transverse partitions into chambers of preliminary, main and residual fermentation. In chambers for preliminary and residual fermentation radial longitudinal partitions are disposed. Transverse partitions limiting chambers of preliminary and residual fermentation don't overlap completely the cross section of the body. In the chamber of main fermentation longitudinal partitions are disposed. These partitions are connected by one side to transverse partitions, and form with transverse partitions orifices for passing mass to be fermented. This invention allows to provide with portion and successive passing fermented mass through the chamber of main fermentation.
