<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a triaxial acceleration sensor inspection device, and to provide a means for improving its inspection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The triaxial acceleration sensor inspection device is equipped with a triaxial acceleration sensor for detecting mutually orthogonal triaxial acceleration components and outputting an acceleration component signal; a measuring plate whereon the triaxial acceleration sensor is mounted for measuring the acceleration detection signal from the mounted triaxial acceleration sensor; support plates for rotatively supporting the measuring plate; and a main rotating shaft for making the support plates rotate.
