<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system for preliminarily recognizing an object to be delivered, and for facilitating correspondence methods such as indication of reception refusal, the instruction of transfer destination or the designation of a reception date, before the delivery object is delivered. <P>SOLUTION: A reading device 2 reads delivery destination information and delivery origin information stored in an RFID attached to the object to be delivered as read information, and a delivery object management device 3 stores registerer information configured of the delivery destination information of a registerer and the mail address of a registerer terminal 4 designated by the registerer in a registerer information storage part 31, and a delivery destination comparison part 32 compares the read information with the registerer information, and determines whether the registerer information whose delivery destination information is matched with the read information exists, and a transmission/reception part 36 transmits a delivery object notification mail in which the delivery origin information of the read information is described to the mail address destination of the registerer information whose delivery destination is matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
