<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming noodle balls in a design shape and wrapping a noodle ball group in a positive pillow condition using a reverse pillow wrapping device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for rounding noodle balls comprises supplying a noodle ribbon group m cut at a design length to a pair of rollers composed of a fixation roller 6 and a displacement roller 7, and rounding the noodle ribbon group m by the rotation of both the rollers. The method has a process of forming noodle balls MO through positively rotating both the rollers to round the noodle ribbon group m, a process of displacing the displacement roller 7 and widening a roller space t so as to make a thrusting roller space t1 when the last end part of the noodle ribbon group m reaches a thrusting opening of the roller, and a process of reversely rotating the displacement roller 7 and returning while pressing the noodle ball MO to be thrusted into the roller space t1 to a former position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
