The present invention relates to a combined cartridge and needle assembly (10, 15) for use in a re-useable injection device The cartridge (10) containing a pharmaceutical liquid drug and the needle assembly (15) with a needle cannula (25) is permanently attached to each other to form one single unit mountable in the re-usable injection device.
