PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of electrical connection between both substrates for a long time in an ink jet head that includes a substrate having an actuator and a substrate supplying power to the actuator, both substrates being laminated.SOLUTION: The ink jet head includes a first substrate 10 having a connection member 16 provided on an electrode 151 supplying power to an actuator 15, and a second substrate 20 having a wiring 23b that is electrically connected to the connection member 16 to supply power to the electrode 151. Both substrates are laminated, and the connection member 16 in the first substrate 10 and the wiring 23b in the second substrate 20 are electrically connected. On a surface opposing to the first substrate 10 in the second substrate 20 and at a part where the connection member 16 and the wiring 23b are electrically connected, there is formed a connection member holding part having a through hole 33 enclosing at least the circumference of a top end side of the connection member 16. The connection member 16 is electrically connected to the wiring 23b directly or indirectly through the through hole 33 of the connection member holding part, and further fixing material 34 is filled in the through hole 33 for holding the connection member 16. |
