PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evenly adjusting (mixing) granular food material with liquid food material.SOLUTION: A food material mixing machine comprises: a mixing drum that is rotatably supported on a machine frame and that contains a granular food material; and a control unit for controlling the rotation of the mixing drum and in which, in the mixing drum, there is provided a liquid containing unit 136 capable of containing liquid food material as well as capable of discharging the liquid food material contained, and in which the control unit rotates the mixing drum and moves it to a feed position where the liquid food material in the liquid containing unit falls toward the granular food material as well as the control unit comprises an agitation control unit that agitates the granular food material after the finishing feed of the liquid food material, and in which the agitation control unit controls the first rotation speed of the mixing drum when the liquid containing unit is located at the feed position, to be slower than the second rotation speed of the mixing drum after the finishing feed of the liquid food material. |
