PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which, when a load is added to an interior material, can reduce the maximum value of the load added to the interior material.SOLUTION: A clip 6, which is mounted to a flange part 5 of a roof side rail 1 configuring at least a part of a vehicle and being fixed with an interior material 12, includes: a fitting part 7 which is mounted to the flange part 5; a bent part 9 which is formed by bending a part on a side opposite to a free end part of the fitting part 7; and a flat plate part 11 which is formed in a flat plate shape so as to be continued to the bent part 9 and comes into contact with the interior material 12 at a free end part 11a thereof. The flat plate part 11 is configured to be deformed toward the inside of a vehicle cabin in accordance with deformation of the interior material 12 toward the outside of the vehicle cabin caused by addition of a load acting on the interior material 12 from the inside to outside of the vehicle cabin. |
