PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response performance by increasing current consumption during operation, and suppress wasteful energy consumption by reducing current consumption during non-operation.SOLUTION: A comparator device includes: a comparator circuit 10 for comparing two input signals to produce an output signal; control instruction means 20 for outputting a control instruction signal as an instruction to control a bias current of the comparator circuit 10 on the basis of the output signal of the comparator circuit 10; and bias control means 30 for changing the bias current of the comparator circuit 10 on the basis of the control instruction signal of the control instruction means 20. |
