PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing machine in which the food material in the mixing drum can easily be taken out.SOLUTION: A food material mixing machine comprises: a mixing drum that is rotatably supported on the machine frame around the drum rotation shaft core in a lateral direction; and a control unit that controls the rotation of the mixing drum and in which by rotation-driving the mixing drum in one direction around the drum rotation shaft core a plurality of food materials are mixed in the mixing drum, and in which the mixing drum comprises an openable/closable lid for feeding and discharging a food material into and from the mixing drum and an open/close mechanism that disables the opening of the lid during the one direction-rotation of the mixing drum as well as that releases the opening of the lid during the other direction-rotation of the mixing drum, and the control unit rotates the mixing drum in one direction during the agitation of food material as well as the control unit rotates the mixing drum in the other direction during the discharge of food material. |
