PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the notification of the state change of a resource to be managed without omission without causing an increase in CPU resources.SOLUTION: A network equipment includes a state value reading part 16 for comparing a writing history stored in a state history table 14 with a reading history stored in an MIB(Management Information Base) 17 in each polling cycle instructed by an SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) management system 3 to confirm whether or not a state value has been newly written, and for, when it is confirmed that the state value has been newly written, reading the new state value from the state history table 14. A state value notification part 19 notifies the SNMP management system 3 of the state value read by the state value reading part 16 via an IP network 2 by using a Trap as an event notification function. |
