PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce connection loads on an image forming apparatus to an inquiry server.SOLUTION: When an inquiry is input to an image forming apparatus 1A, a response is read and displayed on a display section when the inquiry is stored. When the inquiry is not stored, it is transmitted to an inquiry server 3 (A), the response is received (B), and the response is displayed in the display section. The image forming apparatus 1 stores the inquiry, response to the inquiry, and the number of inquiry times. Then, the image forming apparatus 1 transmits the inquiry and the response to the inquiry to a communication terminal 2 (C). Moreover, a communication terminal 2 transmits the stored inquiry and the response to the inquiry (except for the inquiry and the number of inquiry times which are transmitted in the (C)) to the image forming apparatus 1 (D). |
