摘要 The present invention relates to a plasma furnace with a horizontal crystallizer including the following sections: a burner section (1), a solid section (3), a removable section (2) and a driving section (31). The burner section (1) and/or the solid section (3) and/or the removable section (2) can be performed as water-cooled single-shell or double-shell sections. Material melting takes place within the furnace working space on the cooled crystallizer. The crystallizer consists of a crystallizer melting section (5), which is fixedly coupled with a tube-in-tube system (7) enduring the cooling of the crystallizer melting section (5). In the burner section (1) cover, there is situated a burner (4). The connection of the burner (4) and the burner section (1) cover is sealed by a seal separating the interior of the furnace from environment. The burner (4) working position is adjustable in vertical direction relative to the crystallizer melting section (5). Gas, generated by plasma disintegration and furnace atmosphere are removed from the furnace and cooled in a furnace atmosphere cooler (25) incorporated in an eyesight (10) or in a suction slot (21), or the furnace atmosphere cooler (25) is situated on the plasma furnace shell. The furnace atmosphere cooler (25) can be used for removal of air by suction from the furnace space prior beginning of the technological process. A sight hole (11), serving for inspection of the melting process by a thermometer or a web camera, is situated oppositely to said eyesight (10). The plasma furnace with the horizontal crystallizer of the present invention is connected at the point of the solid section (3) and the burner section (1) in removable manner with a stand (22). Preferably, the stand (22) can be provided with wheels (23) enabling transfer of the furnace in the workplace and at the same time enabling a fixed coupling of the furnace in working position to the workplace.
