PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of acquiring a high WDR effect even on a moving image including a flicker, with the suppression of an increase of a memory size and a data transfer load and the suppression of a duplicated image of a moving object, in WDR processing of a type for synthesizing a long exposure image with a short exposure image capable of acquiring the high WDR effect.SOLUTION: A WDR system 10 includes: a detector unit 130 for detecting a motion on the basis of the long exposure image of the present frame and the long exposure image of the previous frame; and based on the motion, an IIR filter 140 for controlling a cyclic coefficient to perform IIR filter processing on the short exposure image of the present frame. |
