PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when subjecting a liquid to spectroscopic measurement using a method in which a liquid membrane generation device makes a tabular membrane of the liquid and allows an electromagnetic wave to pass through or reflect off the membrane in order to obtain chemical and physical information of the liquid, precise spectroscopic analysis cannot be performed, because, in a conventional device, an electron discharge process is applied in manufacturing a liquid membrane generation nozzle part and silver soldering or a connection technique using an adhesive is applied in an assembling process and thereby contamination is caused of a sample liquid membrane by impurities attached to processing means and connection means.SOLUTION: An extremely simple technique is proposed in which a tube is pressed and cut in means for processing a structure forming a liquid membrane, in order to enable direct processing of a tip of the tube guiding a liquid. Accordingly, a nozzle device which generates a liquid membrane of high purity is realized by providing manufacturing means in which contamination of dirt and impurities during processing as in a conventional device is avoided. |
