PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet apparatus capable of suppressing adhesion of mist caused by jetting of a liquid to a peripheral member.SOLUTION: A printer comprises: a liquid jet head for jetting ink; a carriage 26 that moves back and forth along a main scanning direction X with the liquid jet head held; a body frame 23 that is composed of a metal plate, is arranged at a position on the back side of a movement area of the carriage 26 in a depth direction Y crossing the main scanning direction X, and extends in the main scanning direction X; a power circuit portion 39 held in the body frame 23; a flexible cable 42 which has its base end connected to the power circuit portion 39 and its tip end connected to the carriage 26 and is deflected and displaced while following the movement along the main scanning direction X of the carriage 26; a conductive plate 35 arranged to be interposed between the body frame 23 and the flexible cable 42; and an air layer arranged between the body frame 23 and the conductive plate 35. |
