PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration of a temporary pipe line capable of reducing a period required for blowing-out and relaxing management of remaining foreign matters and to provide a blowing-out method for the configuration.SOLUTION: A shutoff valve 18 of a temporary pipe 11 is opened, a shutoff valve 19 of a temporary pipe 12a is closed, steam having the maximum dynamic pressure for a main steam line generated in an evaporator 2 is caused to flow to a test piece 14 of a pipe 17 from the main steam line A via the pipe 11 and, thereby, a cleaning condition by means of blowing-out of the main steam line A is detected. Subsequently, the shutoff valve 18 is closed, the shutoff valve 19 of the pipe 12a is opened, a shutoff valve 20 of a temporary pipe 13 is opened, steam having a dynamic pressure larger than the maximum dynamic pressure is caused to flow from the main steam line A to the test piece 14 successively via the pipe 12a, a foreign matter capture device 15, a temporary pipe 12b, a reheating steam line B and the pipe 13 and, thereby, a cleaning condition by means of blowing-out of the reheating steam line B is detected. |
