On one surface of a radiation-transmittable substrate 10, a metal thin film 12 which reflects the light having predetermined wavelength is disposed via an intermediate film 11, and a protective film 14 is provided for covering the metal thin film 12. On this protective film 14, a scintillator 16 for converting radiation into the light including the wavelength which can be reflected by the metal thin film 12 is deposited, and the protective film 14 prevents contacting between the metal thin film 14 and the scintillator 16. Furthermore, the scintillator 16 is covered by a moisture-resistant protective film 18.
