PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an acquisition request of content requested by an on-vehicle device cannot be responded unless a mobile terminal can perform long-distance communication.SOLUTION: A content local delivery system 1 comprises a mobile terminal 20, an on-vehicle device 30 obtaining and executing content from the mobile terminal 20, and a server 10 for communicating with the mobile terminal 20.
