PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input device and program with which it is possible to estimate ink consumption with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The CPU of an information input device acquires the position of a writing instrument on a fixed cycle (S13). On the basis of a first position being the position of the writing instrument which is acquired by the S13 process and a second position being the position of the writing instrument which is acquired by the S13 process a prescribed time after the first position is acquired, the CPU calculates a writing distance that is a distance for which a line drawing is written from the first position to the second position by the writing instrument (S14). On the basis of the writing distance calculated by the S14 process and a reference consumption predetermined as the amount of ink consumed when a line drawing of prescribed distance is written in a prescribed time by the writing instrument, ink consumption that is the amount of ink consumed in writing a line drawing from the first position to the second position is calculated (S15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
