PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade and an image forming apparatus that can reduce a developer or an external additive from passing through a cleaning member to maintain good print quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleaning blade comprising a corner part 110 that is in contact with a surface of a photoreceptor drum 4, wherein the corner part 110 removes a developer remaining on the surface in association with rotation of the photoreceptor drum 4; when α and β are coefficients and T is temperature, the loss elastic modulus E" of the corner part 110 satisfies E"=α×e, 1.36×10≤α≤2.24×10, -0.12≤β≤-0.005, and 0°C≤T≤100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
