PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing complex cost management system for facilitating payment management of each room in the housing complex.SOLUTION: A housing complex management device 100 comprises: a total charge calculation part 303 for calculating a charge to be charged to a housing complex, based on a total use amount of gas and water supply on the housing complex read by a large meter reading part 302, and a charge scheme of large-lot contract; an overall charge calculation part 305 for calculating a total sum of gas charge and water supply charge on each room in the housing complex based on a total use amount of the gas and water supply on each room read by a small meter reading part 304, and a charge scheme of individual contract of each room; an each room charge amount determination part 306 for determining a charge amount of actual gas charge and actual water supply charge to each room, being inexpensive relative to the individual contract, based on margin generated on the total charge calculation part and the overall charge calculation part; an account processing part 307 for, adding rent to the actual charge amount, and processing account transfer procedure to a manager of the housing complex from each door; and a bill issuance part 309 for issuing a bill of account deduction for each room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
