PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a stable lubrication at a valve by a lubricating passage formed compact in size at an engine for a saddle-riding type vehicle while restricting an increasing in its manufacturing cost irrespective of changing in engine state or viscosity in lubricating oil.SOLUTION: A cylinder head fixing part has bolt holes formed at a cam holder, bolts for use in fixing a cylinder head to a cylinder are passed through the holes and lubricant oil flows in the holes. A protrusion part is integrally formed with the cam holder, and protrudes from a cylinder head fixing part toward an intake valve or toward an exhaust valve so as to guide lubricant oil flowing from an upper end of the bolt hole. A guide part is formed separately against the protrusion part and extends toward either the intake valve or the exhaust valve. The guide part includes a lubricant oil receiving part for receiving lubricant oil flowed from the protrusion part below the protrusion part. An extending part extends downward from the lower end of the protrusion toward the lubricant oil receiving part at a position spaced apart from the cylinder head fixing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
