PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite molded body in which a metallic molded body and a resin molded body are joined.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a composite molded body including: a step where a metal molded body and a resin molded body are joined, in which the composite molded body is joined in a state where a resin is infiltrated into a group of pores provided in the metal molded body, when the joining face of the metal molded body is irradiated with laser light in a wavelength of 500 to 1,200 nm to form a pore group, a planar material having a hole composed of the material whose thermal conductivity is higher than that of the metal molded body, elongating to a sheet thickness and whose edges are opened is arranged on the metal molded body, thereafter, via the hole arranged on the metal molded body and in which both the edges are opened, without applying laser light toward the metal molded body, one pore is formed in such a manner that (a) the shot number is 20 or higher, (b) depth is 50 μm or higher, and (c) the ratio (F/D1) between the depth (F) and the inside diameter (D1) of the inside diameter (D1) satisfy the requirements in the range of 1 to 10, and this is repeated to form a pore group; and a step where a part including the joining face of the metal molded body formed with the pore group is arranged at the inside of the die, and resin insert molding to form the resin molded body is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
