PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which enables formation of images which are free from image cracks and have high glossy feeling and gloss uniformity.SOLUTION: There is provided an inkjet recording method which comprises forming images by applying a reaction liquid 13, an aqueous pigment ink containing an anionic polymer which can aggregated by the reaction liquid, and a resin-containing aqueous liquid containing an anionic polymer which can be aggregated by the reaction liquid 13, onto a recording medium 12. When forming the image, a relationship between surface tension of the aqueous pigment ink which is applied to a surface of the recording medium 12 on which the reaction liquid 13 is applied, by an inkjet method, and surface tension of the resin-containing aqueous liquid, is set so that the surface tension of the resin-containing aqueous liquid becomes higher than that of the aqueous pigment ink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
