PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise aid that is suitable for complex training performed while feeding back the awareness of contact in an extended region.SOLUTION: An exercise aid 1 includes a belt-shaped stretching material, and hooking holes 110, 120 (hooking parts) for a user to hook fingers formed in the stretching material or mounted to the stretching material in each of two or more positions (first position and second position) in the longitudinal direction of the stretching material. The exercise aid 1 is not provided with a step difference caused because of the joining between the members on a portion coming into contact with the body of the user among the stretching materials between the hooking parts, when the user extends limbs while hooking the right hand fingers to the hooking hole 110 provided at the first position, and hooking the left-footed fingers to the hooking hole 120 provided at the second position, and therefore the user can feel the homogeneous feeling of contact of moderate strength in the extended region of the body in the stretching exercise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
