PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application program for making a portable information processing terminal operate as a bath hot-water supply remote controller capable of acquiring priority for exclusively setting a hot-water setting temperature when the terminal has been taken into a bath room.SOLUTION: An application program (application) makes an operation screen of a bath hot-water supply remote controller be displayed and, when a posture of a portable information processing terminal 10 has become a horizontally longer one, determines that the terminal is being used in a bath, and acquires priority capable of exclusively setting a hot-water setting temperature or displays a priority switch preferential changeover button 46 for receiving, from a user, operation for instructing to acquire the priority. Once the priority has been acquired, the application continues to retain the priority even when the application has been in a background operating state or the posture of the terminal has become vertically longer one; and, when having received operation for closing the application or having accepted operation for releasing the priority, releases the retention of the priority.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
