PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device, a system and a method which, when a plurality of users receive the distribution of the same content, reduce a cache occupation time of the content.SOLUTION: A request reception unit 11 receives a content acquisition request from a user terminal device 50. A content distribution unit 12, when content data exists in a cache unit 13, transmits the content data acquired from the cache unit 13 to a request source user terminal device 50. A determination unit 14 determines whether or not another user terminal device 50 which transmits in advance the same content exists. A content distribution unit 12, on determination in the determination unit 14 that the same content exists, executes at least one of decreasing the playback speed of the content data transmitted in advance at a user terminal device 50, and increasing the playback speed of the content data at a user terminal device 50 which transmits a content acquisition request afterward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
