PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of a layout and a shape of a counter weight, and to suppress an increase of the weight of the counter weight.SOLUTION: A gear change operation mechanism 30 of a transmission comprises: a first lever part 34 which is connected to a change lever via a select cable; a second lever part 40 which is connected to the change lever via a shift cable; a control rod 32 which moves to an axial direction in conjunction with a select operation of the change lever, and turns in conjunction with a shift operation; and a counter weight 70 which turns in conjunction with a turn of the control rod 32 at the shift operation. The first lever part 34 and the second lever part 40 are arranged at one end side of the control rod 32, and the counter weight 70 is arranged at the other end side of the control rod 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
