PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device which can appropriately avoid a moving obstacle.SOLUTION: A travel control device comprises: acquisition means 160 for acquiring various information including information about a moving obstacle located in the periphery of a self vehicle; determination means 160 which, on the basis of the various information, determines whether a traveling scene of the self vehicle is a target scene in which the self vehicle and the moving object can be prevented from coming close to each other by urging the moving obstacle to perform a predetermined action; and control means 160 which, when the traveling scene is determined to be the target scene, controls traveling of the self vehicle in such a manner that it urges the moving obstacle to perform the predetermined action.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
