PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a quantitative analysis relating to a measurement object, using a hyper spectral image in a situation having accuracy of its measurement result ensured.SOLUTION: The number of spectral data to be used for averaging in calculating an analysis average spectrum is equal to or more than the number of spectrum data used for averaging in calculating a measuring model average spectrum. By this configuration, as a reference deviation of a result of a quantitative analysis, measuring accuracy can be used that is used upon creating the measuring model to thereby enable an evaluation of the result of the quantitative analysis, which in turn the quantitative analysis relating to the measurement object using the hyper spectral image can be implemented in a situation having accuracy of the measurement analysis ensured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
