PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel display device.SOLUTION: In a display device with a 2T-1C circuit configuration, a switch is provided between a current supply line and a transistor. The switch is controlled to be turned off in a data voltage writing period, which can bring one of a source and a drain of the transistor into an electrically floating state. This configuration can prevent a rise in potential on the anode side of a light-emitting element, thereby suppressing undesired light emission in the data voltage writing period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
