PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which discharges drain of another valve device from a drain port regardless of a position of a valve body, and to provide a fluid pressure control device.SOLUTION: A neutral cut valve 50 includes: a spool 53; a drain chamber wall 55 defining a drain chamber 54; a drain port 59 which is formed on the drain chamber wall 55 facing the spool 53; and a drain passage 61 which guides drain from a load holding part to the drain chamber 54. The spool 53 has a communication passage 60 which allows the drain port 59 and the drain chamber 54 to communicate with each other when movement of the spool 53 is restricted by the drain chamber wall 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
