PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for skin that is a pharmaceutical preparation containing a vitamin Dcompound and corticosteroid as active ingredients, and has excellent stability of each active ingredient and appropriate percutaneous absorption of active ingredients.SOLUTION: A non-aqueous composition for skin contains (a) maxacalcitol, (b) at least one corticosteroid selected from the group consisting of betamethasone and its ester, (c) at least one type of low-polar ester oil having an IOB value at 0.07 or more and less than 0.20, and (d) at least one type of non-polar liquid solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
