PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the soundproof performance between a molded ceiling and a roof panel and reduce a gap between an assembly hole of the molded ceiling and an assembly component.SOLUTION: A molded ceiling material 1 for a vehicle comprises: a base material layer 11 made of hard urethane foam; a first glass fiber reinforcing layer 12 and a second glass fiber reinforcing layer 13 joined to both sides of the base material layer 11; a surface cover layer 14 joined to an outer side of the first glass fiber reinforcing layer 12; and a back surface layer 15 joined to an outer side of the second glass fiber reinforcing layer 13. A slab urethane layer 17 is provided between the second glass fiber reinforcing layer 13 and the back surface layer 15 and a non-breathable film 16 is provided between the slab urethane layer 17 and the back surface layer 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
