PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify accurately, which question sentence category a user utterance replies.SOLUTION: An information extraction part 203 extracts a person attribute which is expressed by a user utterance and a topic of the user utterance based on the input user utterance. A question sentence category classification part 208 selects question sentence categories with which, the extracted person attribute and topic are associated in advance, out of plural question sentence categories, based on the person attribute and topic extracted by the information extraction part 203, as candidates of question sentence categories according to the input user utterance, then, classifies the input user utterance into any one of the candidates of the question sentence categories.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
