<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glare-proof antireflection film in which a hard coat layer and an antireflection film are successively laminated on a transparent support film and an antireflection layer having a uniform film thickness, homogeneous reflection hue and scratch resistance is formed on the surface of rugged shape of the hard coat layer of the glare-proof antireflection film, to provide a glare-proof antireflection film manufactured by the method, and to provide an image display device having the glare-proof antireflection film. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the glare-proof antireflection film 1 in which the antireflection layer 103 is disposed on the hard coat layer of a glare-proof film having the hard coat layer of the rugged surface on the transparent support film, an antireflection layer forming coating liquid is applied on the rugged surface of the hard coat layer 102 to form an antireflection layer forming coated film thereon and, until the succeeding drying process is completed, a conveyance direction is made to be upward or downward when the gravitational direction is made to be downward, whereby the antireflection layer is formed by blowing a wind against the antireflection layer forming coated film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
