Provided are a fiber sheet, and a bandage in which same is used. Said sheet has a stress relaxation rate of 85% or less defined according to the formula: stress relaxation rate (%) = (five-minute stress elongation S5/initial-elongation stress S0) × 100, where initial-elongation stress S0 [N/50 mm] is the elongation stress immediately after elongation at an elongation of 50% in a first direction within a plane, and the five-minute stress elongation S5 [N/50mm] is the elongation stress when elongated for five minutes at an elongation of 50% in the first direction. |
