In the present invention, components that may not function properly if removed from a case can be easily attached to the case and removal from the case can be prevented. When a substantially cylindrical inner cylinder 20 is inserted into a case 11, a substantially cylindrical receiving part 11b whereon claws 11c have been formed is inserted along the inside of the inner cylinder 20, and the claws 11c lock into holes 26. When a filter element 30 is inserted inside the case 11, the inner cylinder 20 is inserted along the inner peripheral surface of filter media 31, and an end member 33 is inserted along a receiving part 12. |
