The composition comprises: 1) Qsmanthus fragrans; 2) olives; and 3) pueraria, platycodon, licorice, Siraitia grosvenorii, and Angelica dahurica. The preparation method comprises mixing raw materials to form a composition. The composition can be applied to food products.
