A normal-temperature food preservation device based on a plasma and electrostatic ion membrane technology. The food preservation device comprises: an openable sealed box (100). A plurality of plasma generation devices (200) is disposed inside side walls of the sealed box. A fan (300) is disposed inside a top wall of the sealed box. The fan enables air in the sealed box to flow, thus enabling plasmas generated by the plasma generation devices to circularly flow in the sealed box. A plurality of metallic partitions (400) spaced from one another and metallic frames (500) corresponding to the metallic partitions are further disposed in the sealed box. The metallic partitions are connected to a cathode of a power supply, and the metallic frames are connected to an anode of the power supply. An article to be preserved is placed on a metallic partition, and since an electric field is formed between the metallic partition and a metallic frame, an electronic membrane is formed on the surface of the article to be preserved. The food preservation device is low in energy consumption, and can protect an article from spoilage for a long time. |
