Disclosed is a pot seedling feed system for a transplanter, comprising a transfer unit (3), a detection sensor (2), a controller (5), a seedling separation unit (1), side plates (6) and brackets (4), wherein the transfer unit (3) comprises a stepper motor (3-5), a transmission shaft (3-4), a conveyor belt (3-1), a tension shaft (3-3) and a bearing (3-2); the seedling separation unit (1) comprises a seedling separation rod (1-1), a reset spring (1-3), a guide post (1-5) and a support seat (1-2); and the controller (5) is used to control the stepper motor (3-5) to drive the conveyor belt (3-1) and drive the motion of pot seedlings; when a seedling receiving bucket of the transplanter ascends to a seedling receiving position, the transplanter controls the seedling separation rod (1-1) to eject out by means of a brake cable (1-6) and drives the stepper motor (3-5) to drive the pot seedlings to move forward, the pot seedlings fall into the seedling receiving bucket of the transplanter, and the seedling separation rod (1-1) straightens the feed orientation of the pot seedlings at the moment the seedlings fall, so as to improve the transplanting quality of pot seedlings. By virtue of a mechanical seedling feed system with an intermittent motion transfer unit (3) and a seedling separation unit (1), a plurality of pot seedlings can be put in at one time, so that the operation is simple and fast to save labor and reduce the cost, and also eliminate the nervous tension due to the fact that an operator is afraid of missing seedlings and the excessive fatigue caused by frequent repetitive operations, so as to improve the transplanting efficiency and quality. |
