PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and internal standard materials, which allow for improving linearity of a calibration curve when quantitatively analyzing ingredients of skin.SOLUTION: An analysis method presented herein is for quantitatively analyzing ingredients of skin and includes steps of: providing a sample taken from skin with a predetermined amount of internal standard substance containing a compound which is labeled with a stable isotope and is susceptible to ion suppression and/or a compound which is labeled with a stable isotope and is less susceptible to ion suppression; and performing mass analysis of ions generated from the sample fed with the internal standard substance using the atmospheric pressure ionization method.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
